Bharathi V.M. is an entrepreneur and technology leader with over two decades of experience shaping digital businesses. He spent 14 years at Amazon’s USA Seattle headquarters, where customer obsession, first-principles thinking, and building at scale became second nature. He went on to lead technology at Ajio, Namshi, and Axiom, driving innovation and growth across e-commerce and digital platforms. Bharathi has led multiple $100M projects during his tenure and also has 3 US Patents to his name As co-founder of Newstok.ai and earlier Pickyto.com, Bharathi combines entrepreneurial energy with pragmatic execution. He also advises emerging startups including Zeke.ai and Paci.ai. Passionate about the role of technology as a force multiplier for business growth, Bharathi is a futurist with a grounded perspective. An eternal optimist, he lives by his personal mantra: “18 Till I Die.”

Over more than a decade, he has led brands across Africa and Asia, working with both scrappy challengers and established market leaders. His career includes leadership roles at Godrej Consumer Products and Marico, where he honed the balance between strategy and on-the-ground impact. As a Certified Scaling Up coach, Chirag has helped businesses unlock growth by simplifying complexity and focusing on what truly moves the needle.
